1. Are KBEE 2023 O2O tickets open for sale?

For O2O registration, it is necessary to purchase a total value of 30 EUR (on Amazon) and 30 USD (on Olive Young) in order to participate in the draw.

Also, O2O tickets are only available for one draw (K-Pop Concert).

2. When do I receive the vouchers for O2O tickets?

O2O vouchers will be sent by the timeline below:

KBEE X Amazon = 21-22 June

KBEE X Olive Young = 22-23 June

The vouchers of 2nd General Ticket Registration, which was opened additionally, will be sent between 21-22 June.

3. Can I choose a seat at the concert?

We have prepared the good seats for O2O winners, but seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. The person who exchanges the vouchers early will get the front seat.

4. When can I exchange the voucher for K-Pop Concert ticket?

You can exchange the voucher for the K-Pop Concert ticket from 9AM to 4PM at the ticket booths.

If you do not exchange the ticket within the notified time, the voucher will expire.

We recommend that you arrive at the venue in advance to prevent this from happening.

Please make sure to bring your ID or other documents that can verify your identity. When you exchange the voucher to a ticket at the ticket booth, the staff will check that your voucher information and ID information match.
